These Texas Law Advisor Service Terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Texas Law Advisor (or our affiliates) and govern your purchase, receipt, or use of our Services. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms will have the meanings set forth in the agreement between you and The Texas Law Advisor governing your use of the applicable Services (the “Agreement”).
We offer access to our Services on a monthly subscription basis. By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee specified at the time of purchase. Additional terms may apply to specific Services.
All sales of Services, including monthly subscriptions, are final. Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Texas Law Advisor account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services in accordance with the Agreement, including suspending or terminating your subscription, in compliance with applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by emailing the email associated with your account. The modified Terms will become effective upon posting or, if we notify you by email, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any modification to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
